1:1 mentoring provides young people with dedicated support through consistent guidance, positive relationship building, and a safe space to talk openly. Sessions are tailored to the individual, focusing on emotional wellbeing, confidence, behaviour, personal development, and helping young people better understand themselves, their challenges, and their potential
Group sessions provide young people with a safe and supportive environment to openly discuss challenges, build confidence, develop social skills, and learn from shared experiences. Sessions are designed to encourage positive communication, teamwork, emotional awareness, and personal growth while addressing topics relevant to young people today.
Running workshops throughout the year highlighting issues affecting young people today, including knife crime, gang culture, online safety, social media influence, mental health, peer pressure, emotional wellbeing, self esteem, relationships, and decision-making. These sessions are designed to create open conversations, increase awareness, and provide young people with guidance, support, and practical tools to make safer and healthier choices.
Working alongside local authorities, schools, and external organisations to create positive opportunities and safe environments for young people. This includes supporting community projects, workshops, events, summer programmes, and collaborative initiatives designed to encourage engagement, personal growth, and wellbeing both inside and outside of education
All staff are fully DBS checked and hold the appropriate qualifications, training, and experience required to work with young people in educational and community settings. Staff regularly update their safeguarding knowledge, understand school policies and procedures, and are committed to maintaining safe, professional, and supportive environments for all young people.
